WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

Our products are proudly made in North America. Our outerwear jackets are all sewn in Vancouver, Canada, our hoodie is sewn in Los Angeles, and our dress shirts are made in New Jersey.  We are currently developing other products which will be made in Colorado, New York, and California.

DO YOU EVER HAVE SPECIAL PROMOTIONS?

NINOX may at times offer a referral program where customers will receive a discount on their next purchase after a referred friend makes a purchase. NINOX may also offer promotions which will go out to customers signed up for our email list. 

SHIPPING

WHERE DO YOU SHIP? 

NINOX ships to the US and just about anywhere in the world. If you are an international customer and cannot complete an order, contact us at info@ninox.cc and we will see about setting your country up for sales. WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING? 

Shipping in the continental US is free. Shipping to international locations is based on applicable rates to the destination. 

WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?

If a tracking number is available, we will provide it to you. The tracking number can be used to get an estimate of when your package will arrive. NINOX offers express shipping in the US for an additional cost for orders placed before 12pm MST. You may still pay for express shipping after 12pm MST but there is no guarantee that your order will be shipped before the next business day, provided that if the next business day is a holiday, then your item will be shipped on the next business day after such holiday. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

NINOX wants you to be completely happy with your items. NINOX will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt for unworn items with tags attached. Refunds will be issued in the form of payment received at the time of purchase for returns. For exchanges, an item of equal value will be exchanged without fee. We ask that orders for different products than the item being exchanged be ordered via NINOX.cc as a new order. 

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN / EXCHANGE?

Please call or email customer service to receive a return authorization.  If you are in the continental United States, please call to get a postage paid return label. By using our label, your return will be deducted $12.05 for postage. Please note that changes in postal or shipping rates may change the actual amount of deduction in your return amount for postage. You will be advised of any adjustment when calling or emailing to get your return label. Customers making a return or exchange are responsible for properly packaging and insuring their return package, preferably in the box received in.

International returns and exchanges require return shipping costs to be paid by the customer. Packages must be insured and properly secured, preferably in the box received, so as to ensure against damage in transit.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS BACKED BY ANY TYPE OF GUARANTEE?

Yes, NINOX products are backed by a lifetime guarantee on craftsmanship. This does not include normal wear and tear or excessive use, but covers any actual defects in the clothing. For more details, please see details at this link: warranty.
